1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Goodson Basketball ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our storefront, booking private training, camps, clinics, or purchasing digital/physical products, you ("Client," "Parent," or "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Athletic Participation & Physical Activity Waiver
Basketball involves strenuous physical activity, contact, and high-impact movement. By registering an athlete for any Goodson Basketball program, the participant and their legal guardian acknowledge and agree that:
- The athlete is physically fit and capable of engaging in rigorous athletic workouts.
- Participation involves inherent risk of physical injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, and muscle tears.
- You release Ryan Goodson, Goodson Basketball, and hosting facilities from liability for injuries sustained during training.
3. Facility Code of Conduct
Athletes, parents, and spectators are expected to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, respect for staff, and care for gym facilities. Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or property damage will result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Bookings & Payments
All private training sessions, camps, and clinic spots must be reserved and paid in advance through our authorized platform checkout. We do not accept unconfirmed walk-in appointments.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
