- Payment Data: Handled securely via encrypted PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
2. Protection of Youth & Minor Information
Because we train youth athletes, we prioritize minors' privacy. Registration and consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not sell or market youth personal data to third parties.
3. Video & Media Recording Consent
During private lessons, camps, and clinics, Ryan Goodson may utilize video breakdown for instructional purposes. Promotional photography or video may occasionally be captured during camps for Goodson Basketball's instructional and marketing materials. Parents may request exclusion in writing.
