1. Private Training & Training Packages
Individual training sessions and multi-session package purchases are non-refundable once the session has commenced. If an athlete cannot complete a multi-session package due to a verified medical reason or relocation, remaining unused sessions may be converted into a store credit or transferred to another family member.
2. Physical Merchandise Returns (30 Days)
Official Goodson Basketball apparel may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3. Digital Courses & Downloadable Products
Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, digital playbooks and video masterclasses are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience technical access issues, our support team will resolve them promptly.
4. Camp & Clinic Registration Refunds
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to a camp or clinic start date are eligible for a full refund minus any standard administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be eligible for credit toward a future camp, at our discretion.
